Sometimes I reach the deepest of the deep blue,
sometimes I float its stilness,
sometimes I try to escape its overwhelming waves and remember just in time to dive in its silence,
sometimes foam bathes me and I can’t figure out where I am,
sometimes I forget to swim, to float, to dive deep,
I become an airborne droplet, spray in disarray,
mist seeking the mysterious, catching the clouds to meet the rain,
dropping the stream that confluences the river into being,
I feel the iresistible pull,
I follow, I know and I don’t know how I know,
no, not a knowing, a recognising,
not a recognising a realising, not a realising, a realising that realises itself;
I ocean.
My Amana In Every Mirror
In every mirror your Amana appears,
only to whisper remind you: I am you
It begins from you, to end in you,
it departs…
